Counting Charles Schumann as his bartending inspiration, Austrian native Damir joined bartender school in 2001, where he spent 10 years in flair bartending and catering. Over the past decade, Damir has risen to be the head bartender in a number of bars, including Kee Club Hong Kong and Hotel Jungbrunn, Austria. In March 2018, Damir opened his own cocktail bar, Liquid Diary in Innsbruck.
