With a father who owned a bar, its unsurprising that Isaac ended up behind one. Costa Rica’s World Class 2018 winner has spent his career learning his craft through multiple means; restaurants, hotels, casinos and even a brief period as a chef. Two years ago, Isaac started a new venture when he joined Mil948 and has been enhancing his skills alongside some of his favourite bartenders.
