Jin Hwan started his hospitality career after leaving high school and becoming a coffee barista. Here he learned about flavour and customer interaction, ultimately leading him to a career in bartending. But it wasn’t just coffee that guided him behind the bar, after watching the film, Cocktail, Jin Hwan become obsessed with cocktail culture and he continue to bring fun to every serve he makes.
