After culinary school, Kana worked as a chef in an Italian restaurant, where she loved playing with flavours and creating new dishes but always felt like something was missing. After coming across an ad for a bartender at a sports bar, she decided making drinks in front of people sounded a lot more fun than making pasta by herself. Her talent and enthusiasm soon landed her a job working under legendary Japanese bartender, Takao Mori and mentor Yu Okazaki, and now she hopes to do them both proud in Berlin!
