Growing up in a foodie family, Luis was always destined to have a career full of flavour. A recent culinary school graduate, he was working as a chef when a friend invited him to a bar in Antigua, Guatemala and it was here that he fell in love with the world of bartending. A brief stint behind the bar convinced him that this was the career for him. He watched every bartending tutorial on the internet, traded in his chef’s hat for a shaker and the rest is history.
