Originally hailing from Italy, Simone has been working in the hospitality industry since he was a teenager, starting off in the kitchen before discovering his passion for bartending. After graduating, he decided to take his career to the next level, moving to London to work at the historic Quo Vadis members’ club in Soho with future mentor, Luca Missaglia. From there, Simone went on to bartend at Aqua London before landing his current position as bar manager at the famous Aqua Hong Kong.
