World Class Chile Winner Carla has worked in bars and hotels for many years, but it wasn't until she was asked to be part of the opening team at Ambrosia Bistro that she had the possibility of creating cocktails with her own signature style. At Ambrosia Bistro Carla learned to work with fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and develop her creativity, with the help of the kitchen team.
