WORLD CLASS COUNTRY WINNER 2019

César's passion for cocktails began about eight years ago after a friend, Eduardo, studied a bartender course and showed him how cocktails he brought home were made. After a while, César wanted to make the move into bartending, and Eduardo told him about a Bar Assistant job in a new bar. After a while, César studied the same course and soon after entered the Diageo Learning for Life programme. He discovered a world of possibilities but dreamed of being a World Class bartender and representing his country at the Global competition. He believes you can go as far as you want and is very grateful to have been Head Bartender at prestigious bars and now to also be the representative for Panama at the World Class Bartender of the Year Finals 2019.
