Josephine started working as a bar back ten years ago but had no idea what she was doing other than knowing that she wanted to learn more about what it takes to be a bartender. Eventually, she took the plunge and started to get excited about flavours and the role of sustainability in the industry. Josephine is inspired by those around her who have developed great expertise and skills in the field. She dreams of having a better world where she contributes to taking care of our planet and our future. Josephine competed in the Global Finals in Mexico 2017 where she lost her luggage and still managed to place 7th and is delighted to be back again this year.
