Ireland's World Class Finalist Linda started her career in London before returning home for University and falling in love with bartending in Cork. Now doing an apprenticeship in herbalism, Linda combines her love for plants and the industry in the award-winning Cask. Here she brings her passions to life with seasonal, foraged drinks, utilising wild and often overlooked ingredients with modern and traditional techniques.
