Salvatore Scamardella was born in Pozzuoli in a small town near Naples. His passion for cocktails has led him to work with a variety of industry leaders in his area driving him to go further with his ingredient choices and techniques. Inspired by chefs, Salvatore loves to recreate dishes into liquid form. Now back in Naples, he has started a new project in Castellammare di Stabia. The World Class Italy Bartender of the Year is currently working at Piazza Vanvitelli Experimental Bar.
