World Class Taiwan Bartender of the Year 2019, Tony has solid fundamental training and knowledge, plus infinite passion for cocktails. His insistence on detail-orientation is based on his professional attitude and respect of the job. He is the master of mixing local seasonal ingredients with creativity to reinvent the classic cocktails.
