Pablo Prufer - Chile

Pablo made the move into the bartending industry after achieving two undergraduate degrees in gastronomy and kinesiology, using his vast gastronomy knowledge to create perfectly paired dishes and serves for his guests. Pablo discovered his love of mixology and cocktail creation early on in his bartending career and has since gone on to create showstopping serves at his own bar. Passionate about the industry, he is a keen educator and wishes to pass on his knowledge and experience to other bartenders around the world.
