Yuleidy Sanchez – Cayman Islands

Yuleidy, originally from Cuba, moved to Grand Cayman five years ago and began working as a bar manager. Graduating from university in 2002 with a teaching degree in English, Yuleidy made the move into the hospitality industry to support herself and has never looked back. She is extremely passionate and dedicated, always challenging herself behind the bar. She hopes to one day become a mixology expert, educating the next generation of world class bartenders.
