Throughout his career in hospitality, Adrian has cemented his passion for carefully balancing flavours to create simple yet sophisticated drinks as well as hosting people from across the world. His career highlights include securing a golden hat-trick as Best Bartender of Norway in 2022 and Top 6 placement during the World Class Bartender of the Year Global Finals in 2016 in Miami.
