Alessandro Rancan - Netherlands
Originally from Italy, Alessandro Rancan started his bartending career in Australia before moving on to Canada where he gained more knowledge and experience, then fully refined his skills in The Netherlands. Alessandro’s background in marketing and sales helped him to elevate his talents in fine dining restaurants and high-volume cocktail bars. He now runs the bar program at Rosalia’s Menagerie in Amsterdam and is a co-owner of the co-operative Groovy Fluids Lab. Alessandro’s drink of choice is a whisky served neat or a dry martini.
