Allen Fang

Allen Fang - China

Born in Xiamen, a southern city in China, Allen Fang moved to ShangHai in 2013 to begin his career in bartending. Allen is currently Head Bartender at The Nest, ShangHai, a Nordic style restaurant and lounge bar which allows him to be immersed in the ritual of food and drink pairing. In 2021 he also opened and ran an industry dive bar called DreamSicle Bar to explore his passion for a more casual style of service and attire. Allen has won a number of accolades throughout his bartending career in China, including Shaghai Wow Best Junior Bartender in 2017 and DRiNK Awards Bartender of the Year (Top 10) in 2020.
