Constantinos Panagiotidis - Spain
Constantinos Panagiotidis has been working in the hospitality industry for 15 years. Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, Constantinos began working in bars at 21 years old and from there his passion for the industry was born. In 2013 he started working in Mykonos in Interni restaurant-bar which Constantinos attributes as being one of the benchmarks in his professional career. Moving to Athens one year later, he was keen to continue developing his knowledge and skills and worked in one of the most innovative venues in the city, Cinco. In 2019 Constantinos was offered the Bar Manager role at Jul’s Restaurant, Ibiza – it is now his fourth season at Jul’s. Winning the World Class Bartender of the Year local competition in Spain is one of his greatest achievements to date.
