Edgar Pacheco - Cruise Ships

Hailing from Cancun, Mexico, Edgar began working on cruise ships 8 years ago and has developed a fondness for the variety of cultures he encounters, the excitement of a new location each day and the range of products to experiment with in his bartending. He was hired as Virgin Voyages' first "Mezcalier" and was integral in launching the Mexican restaurant Pink Agave which boasts the largest Tequila and Mezcal library at sea. Edgar loves to broaden his knowledge on the bartending industry, regularly studying bar history and recently spending time traveling through Mexico to learn and work alongside Mezcalists in Oaxaca.
