Guillaume Leblanc - Indian Ocean

Guillaume Leblanc’s work in the bartending industry has extended across the world. Initially training and working in various bars throughout Paris, in 2011 Guillaume joined the Experimental Group and became head bartender of the Prescription Cocktail Club, before working at the first season of the Experimental Beach Club in Ibiza. After propelling Dirty Dick to the forefront of the French and international scene in 2014, Guillaume decided to perfect his knowledge of rums through his various travels and the discovery of distilleries from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean. In 2020 he settled down on Reunion Island where he currently works at Apoteek.
