Hailing from Cancún, Jaime Morales Lopez fell in love with the art of bartending in all its forms - he has a true passion for creativity and hospitality. He prides himself on working in bars such as Fifty Mils located in the Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City. He is currently the manager of Casa Prunes, one of the current hot spots in Mexico City which offers an exclusive portfolio of cocktails, experiences and techniques. He is continually inspired by his two favourite brands – Don Julio tequila and Tanqueray No. TEN gin– and the flavours of Mexico.
