Joshua Hendricks, also known as “JJ”, began working in sports bars and pubs 5 years ago alongside his university studies. He stepped behind his first cocktail bar in South Africa almost 2 years ago and since then has sought out mentorship from industry leaders in the Cape Town bartending community and has entered a number of bartending competitions. Joshua is currently working as a bartender at Fable cocktail bar in Cape Town. His favourite spirit is Talisker 10 single malt scotch whisky.
