Katolis Jauniškis began his career as a ticket bartender and before expanding his education at sommelier school where he mastered the art of the trade and learned all he knows about the hospitality industry. Katolis has been working in Apoteka Cocktail Bar for the past 5 years which inspired him to compete for the Baltics in this year’s World Class competition. His favourite spirit is tequila and cocktail of choice is a Vieux Carre.
