Luis Alza - Peru

Luis Alza’s passion for cocktails began over 10 years ago when he had the opportunity to work alongside great Peruvian chefs such as Pedro Miguel Schiaffino and Palmiro Ocampo. Now working as a bartender at Don Nico Steakhouse, he believes the flavour and quality of products are the key principals for creating great cocktails, as well as treating ingredients with respect.
