With over 8 years of bartending experience behind him, Manol Lazarov has developed a true love for hospitality. This passion extends across his entire family who have always enjoyed hosting, a quality which Manol attributes to his success behind the bar. Initially beginning his career at 18 years old, he immediately developed an appreciation for taste and aroma – this has been instrumental in his current role creating cocktail recipes for bars and restaurants throughout Bulgaria. After competing at the World Class Bartender of the Year Global Finals in Glasgow in 2019, Manol is looking forward to competing for the title again this year in Sydney.
