Massimo Zitti is not only a bartender but also all-round hospitality lover. His bartending career is inspired by his travels, dreams and love of music. Massi’s career in the industry has spanned over 25 years – beginning in Rome before moving to the UK, Paris, Barcelona and now, Toronto. He has previously competed in local World Class competitions 5 times but has now secured the World Class Bartender of the Year Canada 2022 title and is delighted to be competing in Sydney, Australia.
