Mathias Klausen Broksø - Denmark

Mathias Klausen Broksø has been working in the hospitality industry for over a decade, initially beginning his career as a waiter where he discovered his passion for serving and interacting with guests. He slowly transitioned into kitchens and began working as a chef. Mathias appreciated the attention to detail and technique but missed forming a connection with guests and being a part of their evening. His eventual move into bartending is what he calls “the perfect middle ground”. Everything he has learnt along the way about serving, presenting, flavour and techniques have led him to where he is today and he will take this with him to Sydney, Australia.
