Minguk Yu - South Korea
Starting his bartending career in 2016 in a pub in Korea, Minguk Yu fell in love with the variety of cocktails, spirits and craft beers he encountered and was keen to get a diverse experience in the industry. Keen to pursue this further and learn more, he made the move to Melbourne, Australia where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Minguk has now returned to Korea and is a bartender in Pine&Co, Seoul. His spirit of choice is The Singleton single malt whisky or Tanqueray No. TEN gin.
