Full-time bartender and part-time magician, Nono Yu is full of creative ideas and flair. He set up his first bar in 2021 dedicated to serving shots only. In 2018, Nono opened his first bistro restaurants and from here he began his bartending career. Today he runs 4 bars and bistros in the heart of Taiwan’s ancient city Tainan. Having the experience of being a magician has been central to his bartending career and customers are often surprised to find magical elements throughout his cocktail and cuisine presentations.
