With over 6 years’ experience in the bar industry, Trung Vang (also known as Paul) is currently the Head Bartender of Dot Bar which won Best Bar of the Year at the Vietnam Bar and Restaurant Awards in 2022. Trung begun his World Class journey in 2021 however, he will compete for the World Class Bartender of the Year title for the first time in Sydney which he attributes to hard work, resilience and passion for his craft.
