Vincenzo Pagliara - Italy
Vincenzo Pagliara’s desire to become a bartender stemmed from his parents who owned a pub in Germany. Ten years ago, he decided to forge his career in the industry, beginning in local clubs and bars in Napoli before moving to London where he worked at prestigious bars such as Claridge’s Hotel and The Connaught Bar. Vincenzo then moved to Shanghai where he became Beverage Manager of The Sukhothai Hotel and co-founder of Arch Bar. Vincenzo returned to Napoli to pursue his dream of opening a cocktail bar in his town, Laboratorio Folkloristico, focusing on mindfully sourced ingredients and supporting the local economy.
