Vinicius Demian began his career in the bartending industry at 18 years old, working across various bars in the Northern region of São Paulo. He immediately fell in love with bartending, hosting and the atmosphere of hospitality venues. 6 years later, Vinicius now works at Santana Bar and is surrounded by incredible bartenders that have provided him with continuous support and guidance. This has been instrumental in Vinicius securing his title as World Class Bartender of the Year Brazil 2022. He loves an Old Fashioned, especially if made with Ron Zacapa 23 rum.
