Orlando began his bartending career in Italy, soon moving to London to fine-tune his skills in a capital famed for its cocktail culture. His talent behind the bar soon caught the attention of the Rushmore Group who put him to work at the famous Milk & Honey in Soho. From there, he moved to Melbourne and eventually landed himself in the role of bar manager at Lume, where his fearless creativity helped him become World Class Global Bartender of the Year 2018
