Mortlach Rare Old Fashioned
Batido sobre hielo aumenta el rico, robusto y muscular carácter de Mortlach Rate Old.
- 50ml Mortlach Rare Old
- 1 Bar Spoon of Demerara Sugar Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
- Large Orange Peel Twist
- Pour all ingredients into a chilled mixing glass, stir and dilute over ice cubes
- Once chilled and slightly diluted pour into a rocks glass
- On a separate napkin, stamp a 2â€ squared ice cube with a Mortlach ice stamp
- Allow hand to rest on stamp for 5 seconds to imprint
- Place ice block into glass using tongs
- Garnish with a spritz of orange peel and drop in.
