
Captain Morgan's rum is mixed with butter and honey in this delicious winter warmer.
RECIPE
- 50ml Captain Morgan's Dark Rum
- 25ml Runny honey
- 1 small knob of unsalted butter
- Boiling water to fill
- Cinnamon stick/Lemon wedge studded with cloves
- Heatproof glass
- No ice (served hot)
PREPARATION
- Pre-warm the heatproof glass and add the honey and butter, stirring to emulsify
- Add the rum and then top with boiling water stirring constantly to ensure all the ingredients blend together
- Garnish and serve.
