0.5oz Captain Morgan Dark
0.5oz Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Flamed Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Coupe Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
3. Garnish with an Orange twist.
