Lemongrass & Ginger Collins
Tanqueray No. 10 is mixed with Ginger and lemongrass in this citrusy, refreshingly tasty twist on the Collins cocktail.

Ingredients
1.5oz Seagram's 7 Crown Blended Whisky
5oz Ginger Ale
1 Lemon twist
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Fill a Highball glass with cubed ice.
Into a cocktail shaker, add all the liquid ingredients apart from the Soda Water.
Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with cubed ice and shake well.
Strain over the cubed ice in the Highball glass.
Top with Soda Water.
