Ingredients

0.25oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

0.25oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a dusting of Cinnamon Powder and a Cinnamon Stick.

12.3 g per serve
