1 Good Quality Chocolate Brownie
1 Scoop of Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Ice Cream Scoop
method
Place the Brownie in the middle of the glass.
Carefully place the Scoop of ice cream on top of the Brownie.
Pour Baileys Original over the ice cream.
