2.5oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

0.5oz Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.25oz Coffee

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
