1oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.25oz Spiced Citrus Liqueur
0.75oz Sweet and Sour Fresh
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5oz Agave Nectar
0.5oz Desert Peach Syrup
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients except the Pear Syrup with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Pour the Pear Syrup down the edge of the glass.
Garnish with a Lime wedge.
