Don Julio Blanco Tequila with Spiced Citrus Liqueur, Aperitif Bitters and Raspberry Purée on the rocks with a splash of Club Soda - it's a bubbly and bright singular sensation.

0.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.25oz Spiced Citrus Liqueur
0.25oz Aperitif Bitters
0.75oz Cranberry Juice
2.5oz Club Soda
0.5oz Raspberry Purée
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
1 Salt (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Salt the rim of a Rocks glass and set aside.
Shake all the liquid ingredients except the Club Soda with ice.
Strain into the ice-filled Rocks glass.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with a Lime wedge.
