Ingredients

1.5oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold

0.5oz Fresh lime juice

1oz Cream of coconut

0.5oz Coconut Water

0.5oz Pineapple juice

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Hurricane Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Blender

1 Tongs

method

  1. Blend all the liquid ingredients with a scoop of Crushed Ice.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a Hurricane Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.

Interesting Facts

Pina Colada means 'strained pineapple' in Spanish. The Pina Colada is the national drink of Puerto Rico. In 1978, the Pina Colada was named the official drink of Puerto Rico.
