1.25oz Cîroc Vodka

0.5oz  Lemon Juice

0.25oz Simple Syrup

0.25oz Champagne

1 Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Champagne flute

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

2. Fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

3. Top with Champagne.

3. Garnish with a Cherry.
