1.75oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
0.5oz Lime cut into chunks
0.5oz Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio)
4 Strawberries
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
In a Rocks glass, add lime wedges and simple syrup.
Muddle to extract juices.
Add crushed ice to fill the glass three-quarters of the way.
Add Smirnoff Red Vodka.
Churn well.
Top up with more crushed ice.
