Ingredients

1.75oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

0.5oz Lime cut into chunks

0.5oz Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio)

4 Strawberries

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Muddler

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. In a Rocks glass, add lime wedges and simple syrup.

  2. Muddle to extract juices.

  3. Add crushed ice to fill the glass three-quarters of the way.

  4. Add Smirnoff Red Vodka.

  5. Churn well.

  6. Top up with more crushed ice.

14.8 g per serve
