0.25oz Pineapple Juice
1 Raspberry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
1 Lighter
method
1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
3. Garnish with a Raspberry.
