Cîroc Peach Lemonade
A Cîroc Peach drink combined with Lemonade is perfect for the summer. The oils in the fresh Mint awaken the flavors of Cîroc Peach, Lemon Juice and iced Tea offering a new spin to an old favorite.

1.75oz Cîroc Peach
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup
1.75oz Iced Tea
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Fresh Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Lightly bruise the Mint Leaves and drop them into a mixing tin.
Add the remaining liquid ingredients to the Tin.
Shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig and the last Lemon wedge.
