1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.75oz  Lemon Juice

0.5oz Raspberry Syrup

0.75oz Pasteurized Egg White

1 Raspberry (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Coupe Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

3. Garnish with a Raspberry.
