1.25oz Ketel One Vodka
0.5oz Apple Liqueur
0.75oz Apple Juice
0.75oz Cranberry Juice
0.25oz Lemon Juice
1 Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade
1 Dash of Aperitif Bitters
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Martini Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Garnish with an Orange twist.
