Ingredients

1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

1.75oz Pomegranate Juice

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

0.25oz Orange Juice

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Orange Peel Disc (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients withice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime wheel, an Orange Peel disc and a Mint sprig.
